The appointment of new Associates

We are delighted to announce that we have promoted three experienced solicitors to Associate in response to the impact they make within the firm
Beth Evans who joined the firm in 1995, qualified as a legal executive and became a solicitor in 2007 specialises in all aspects of family law. This includes divorce, financial matters, arrangements for the children, domestic violence and cohabitee disputes.
Samantha Melville who joined the firm in June 2008 qualified in 2004 and specialises in wills and probate, Inheritance Tax advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Elderly client care. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Catherine Green who qualified in 1998 and joined the firm in November 2008 specialises in all areas of commercial disputes and contentious probate. She also provides in house training, workshops and seminars for businesses and all types of organisations on request.
