Beth EvansAssociate Solicitor

Beth Evans studied History at the University of Plymouth graduating with First Class Honours in 1993. She joined Winterbothams in 1995, initially working in the Company/Commercial Department before taking up her current role.

Beth is an experienced Family Law practitioner and has worked as a fee earner in Winterbothams’ Family Department since 2000. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2007, having been a Legal Executive prior to this.

Beth specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial matters, arrangements for the children, domestic violence and cohabitee disputes. Beth also represents parents and other family members in care proceedings, adoption and other cases in which Social Services are involved.
